I strongly object to the planning application for a wind farm at Corlarach Hill as it would:

Visual Impact: have unacceptable visual impact on the entire area on and around the Cowal Peninsula;

National Park Impact: dominate the sensitive landscapes viewed from within the National Park;

Cumulative Impact: add unacceptably to the cumulative impact of existing and proposed wind farms;

Wildlife: unacceptably impact on golden eagles and other species (particularly raptors) on the peninsula;

Planning: contravene multiple Argyll & Bute planning policies in a constrained area;

Economic: seriously harm the tourism-based economy of the entire region;

Cost/benefit: have no significant effect on reducing carbon dioxide emissions or global warming.
